SUMMARY
If you change TTS settings in Kmouth dialog, they are not saved in kmouthrc,
thus at next Kmouth restart, you will see old settings

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open kmouthrc
2. Open Kmouth, go Settings > Configure Kmouth, select Text-to-Speech tab
3. Change setting
4. Look if kmouthrc is changed
5. Try close Kmouth, 
6. Open Kmouth, go Settings > Configure Kmouth, select Text-to-Speech tab
7. Look if you changes are still here

OBSERVED RESULT
Changes in TTS configuration are not writen into kmouthrc, 
Changes in TTS configuration does not take effect in same session,
Changes in TTS configuration did not survive Kmouth restart

EXPECTED RESULT
Changes in TTS configuration are applied and stored into kmouthrc file
