Open kmouthrc 2. Open Kmouth, go Settings > Configure Kmouth, select Text-to-Speech tab 3. Change setting 4. Look if kmouthrc is changed 5. Try close Kmouth, 6. Open Kmouth, go Settings > Configure Kmouth, select Text-to-Speech tab 7.
