Can confirm that it doesn't work on Plasma 6.0.5 Wayland and Konsole 24.0.2.
On X11 it works by sliding the tab over to another Konsole window, however the

When my system was running Plasma 5, with "Run all konsole windows in a single
process" enabled, I was able to drag tabs from one konsole window to another. I
had been using a shortcut to launch the initial instance.
