I just noticed that if you click the "Display calendar in a full window" in the
navigation bar, it puts month/year navigation buttons/arrows at the top of the
calendar, along with clickable month/year names for quick

Ah, yes, thanks. Perhaps the buttons should go into the header next to the
month name, like their equivalents in the date navigator.

No problem, I quit coffee. I recommend a nice black tea as an alternative :)
See the attached screenshot. The right navigation bar can't be hidden, as far
as I can see.
