Hi Jonathan,
Can you please check if this bug is still reproducible in the latest version of
Krita. The files that you have linked have expired so i couldn't check it with
your test file. I tried to do a gaussian blur on a 32 bit float image but all
seemed okay for me.
For now i am going to close this bug report due to lack of reply and activity,
if you think this bug is still present please feel free to re-open the bug
report and also please attached the kra file here it self.
