The 3.0 pre-alpha 3 does not need installing: just unzip the zip file, then if
necessary, run the vcredist.exe (it's need if on starting Krita, a message box
pops up claiming some microsoft dll

No difference that I could pick up on with enable/disabling opengl.
I couldn't get the pre alpha to run on my laptop.. Thinking I might have done
