How to reproduce:
- paint something on layer
- open timeline
- select for example 5th frame
- hit add new frame
What happens:
- two key-frames are created on 1st and 5th frames
- 1st frame has our "painting"
- 5th frame is empty
What should happen:
- two key-frames are created on 1st and 5h frames (but they are swapped)
- 1st frame is empty
- 5th frame has our painting
