Then brush use some non dense tip and Hue\Saturation\Value dynamics it may
looks wrong on low opacity (see an attachment). Very visible border between
tips there it shouldn't be visible.
Reproduce:
1) choose textured tip
2) enable Hue and\or Value fuzziness in brush settings
3) set opacity curve to about 50% max (opacity slider on top works almost fine)
This happens only with low opacity (pressure) and hsv fuzziness enabled
