Hi,
The [Paste at cursor] shortcut is not working.
To reproduce:
=============
- Open the settings and then the custom shortcut
- Find "Paste at cursor" and assign Ctrl+Shift+V
- On Krita canvas, scribble a little something
- Do a selection around it and copy it : Ctrl+C
- Deselect all, move cursor on another location on the canvas and press
Ctrl+Shit+V
Result:

Nothing happens.
Expected:
=========
Having a new layer pasted at the position centered under the cursor.
