Here it comes the result. There is a software for screen recording .. With
version Krita 4.0.0 it gave an error about D3DGear64.dll.. I had same problem
with one software so this dll preventing other softwares

I downloaded krita 1 week ago ..In that time I had Asus HD7850 2 GB GPU.. It
has orginal drivers from ASUS.. When i attempt to run Krita i had same errors.
Last night My GPU fan was broken.. I took it of .. Now

But you said that earlier versions of Krita did work; have you checked that
again after reinstallation of Windows? I suspect that you're missing display
drivers or something like that.

Also that does not exist on my account folder. Because it is running first time
after new installation of Windows 7.. Btw I use portable version of Krita .

I start Krita.. As soon as i start it crashes.. It does not open the software
window. And %APPDATA%\Roaming\krita\ has no folder called Krita Yet.So i can
not reset.
