SUMMARY
Cannot colour vector shapes using the "Vector Tool" toolbar.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select vector image
2. In "Tool Options" select either the "Stroke" and "Fill" tabs
3. In Stroke select "Solid colour" "Gradient" or "Patern" then select a colour
4. In Fill select "Solid colour" "Gradient" or "Patern" then select a colour
OBSERVED RESULT
No change to selected Vector Colour
EXPECTED RESULT
A change in the selected Vectors Colour or gradient
