SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change HSV adjustment. Colorized
2. Pres ctrl z (Photoshop compatible shortcuts)
OBSERVED RESULT
Can't undo HSV adjustment. Can't create or delete layers. Says "waiting for
image operation to complete" when trying to create a new layer
EXPECTED RESULT
Revert the HSV adjustment change
