SUMMARY
Cannot drag and drop layers.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any 2 documents in krita.
2. Try to drag a layer from one document to another.
or
1. Open a document.
2. Click open and from open window drag a file to canvas
OBSERVED RESULT
Impossible to drag layers. This is an issue that continues from Krita 4.2.x
EXPECTED RESULT
Can drag and drop layers from document to document.
Can drag and drop a layer from Open a file window with a context menu to insert
file as a New Layer, New Document, Refference etc.
