Just adding as an info that this doesn't happen if the Canvas Graphic
Acceleration is disabled. (Tested with the latest nightly git d9959df)

If you do any action after, like changing zoom levels or touching the docker,
the glitch heals itself. And after going through it one time, the glitch
doesn't seem to happen again until restarting krita.

As far I remember it does not heal itself. I'm going to bed now but I'll later
