Some exr files from HDRI Haven library can't be loaded. Message appears: "Error
occurred while reading from the file". Links to files that I tried:

https://polyhaven.com/a/venice_sunset
Blender reads them correctly.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Just joad any exr from links above.
OBSERVED RESULT
"Error occurred while reading from the file" message appears. File doesn't load
EXPECTED RESULT
Loading a file.
