          Platform: Microsoft Windows
                OS: Microsoft Windows

          Severity: normal

SUMMARY
Issues with Wacom Tablet display range: when moving pen canvas-region gets
skipped (see video).
Normally Wacom Intuos 4 is working fine in Krita and I've been working for days
in the same setup. Yesterday I shut down the computer, today I started the
computer again and suddenly the display region is not working again in Krita
anymore. I'm working in the exact same file, with the exact same settings and
no Windows update was applied in the mean time. So I would expect this to keep
working, but it didn't.

Reloading the file in Krita didn't fix this. Restarting Krita didn't fix this.
Opening a new file in Krita didn't fix this. Opening OBS Studio next to Krita
changed the issue tho; the 'skipped screen region' moved when OBS STudio was
open. When closing OBS Studio again the same issue was back again.

I needed to completely restart the PC to get it to work as expected again. This
tablet has no issues and works perfectly fine in other graphics software, like
Affinity, Blender, animation tools etc.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
????? Feels completely random and instable. A week long it works completely
fine, also after turning off and on the computer, another day it's suddenly
broken without anything changed on the system, file or Krita.

OBSERVED RESULT
See video

EXPECTED RESULT
Keep working

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 10
Krita: 5.1.0
