This simply is not a bug in Krita, but a misconfiguration in your system. And
this is a bug tracker: a place where people can report issues in Krita. It is
not a user support forum. krita-artists.org is our user support forums and
there are more people over there who can help you fix your system.
In fact, krita does not contain any code for interacting with tablets, all of
that is done at a lower level.
