Bug ID: 433956 Summary: "?" question mark wilcard, not working Product: krusader Version: 2.7.2 Platform: openSUSE RPMs OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: search Assignee: krusader-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: rafael.linux.u...@gmail.com CC: krusader-bugs-n...@kde.org Target Milestone: --- SUMMARY I was trying to search for a text inside files with extension ".php", ".inc", ".htm" and ".html", so I put as filename "*.php *.inc *.htm?". However, after trying several times to guess why I didn't get expected results, I realized that Krusader is ignoring "?" wilcards when searching. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Create file "example.htm" and put inside text "This is 12345". Save file and copy that file as "example.html" 2. Launch Krusader and open folder containing those files created. 3. Go to "Tools, Search" 4. In filename, write "*.htm?" 5. In "having text" section, in "Having" field, put "12345" OBSERVED RESULT No files in "Result" tab EXPECTED RESULT To show both files ("example.htm" and "example.html") SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: openSUSE Leap 15.2 KDE Plasma Version: 5.21.0 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.79.0 Qt Version: 5.15.2 Kernel Version: 5.3.18-lp152.63-default OS Type: 64-bit Graphics Platform: X11 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
