If plugins should be put into
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt5/plugins/kf5/kio/
let if be.
But it should not cause such issues

I forgot to indicate that text after link is quote. Sorry... Documentation has
solution, but I found it out without any docs. Was looking for cause... Problem

It’s good to group plugins, but it should be very strict.
It’s not good when one program installs plugins into different locations.
When there are multiple paths it is harder to track dependencies.
