Observed CPU activity on Ksysguard, Gnome monitor and Htop.
SUMMARY
Running the system for some hours, Intel I5-8500 CPU's activity is represented
wrongly as stuck on 100%.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Check by running HTOP.
2. Check by running GNOME monitor.

OBSERVED RESULT
All CPUs work perfectly.
