Given that multiple master devices is a very uncommon setup I don't think it
makes much sense to spent time on it given that we are now moving towards
Wayland.
But also on Wayland I'm not sure whether we should support such a setup. It
changes just too many assumptions about there only being one active window. It
would need to be changed to be active window (and most recently activated
window, etc) to be per seat. While this would be nice to have, I'm not sure
whether it is worth the effort. At the moment kwin only integrates with one
seat.
