- What I was doing when the application crashed:
Playing payday2 fullscreen (this is the first time I have a kwin crash in game)
- Unusual behavior I noticed:
The game seemed to be slower than usual, a bit laggy in combat-heavy scenes,
with a bit of what could be seen as network lag. It might be related to new
DDR2 sticks I installed recently (4GB -> 8GB), though it might be related to
kwin, given the crash.
The game completely froze, so I switched to a virtual terminal, and noticed
what seemed to be an unusual ram usage. WHen I went back, the game had crashed,
and I had a kwin crash report prompt.
I am not sure this will be useful, but the backtrace seems more or less clean.
I can't tell if kwin or the game initiated the crash.
Somewhat related: Interestingly, kickoff wouldn't show up when clicking on the
icon just after the crash (while the other plasmoids are working fine). I
solved it by using an alternative launcher and reverting.
