STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Choose a window which minimum allowed size is more than 1/2 width and 1/2
height of the screen (e.g. systemsettings5)
2. Move it to the corner to stretch it to 25% of the screen (best reproducible
when moving to the top left corner)
3. Resize it very slightly
OBSERVED RESULT
The window contents are not fully rendered (see the screenshot)
EXPECTED RESULT
The window contents are fully rendered
