Some good news, as of this week with KDE 5.22.2, Kernel 5.13, Mesa-git and
Chome 92 Beta, I cannot reproduce the reported frame drop issue on 1080p videos
in Youtube with HW decode acceleration via VAAPI anymore,

seen it on KDE-git as of last week on Manjaro. My HP monitor is set to Freesync
