SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run kdialog --title "⭐test" --error test
OBSERVED RESULT
The window decoration gets larger and the text is hidden
EXPECTED RESULT
The emoji should be smaller, so the title bar does not change the size.
