the Window Class for the Vivaldi's Picture in Picture rule was set to
unimportant instead of Exact Match and that seems to have caused it
weird it causes this in Wayland tho

Besides the placement policy (centered), I see nothing suspicious. But on my
machine, windows have normal size even with centered placement policy.
