Well that was fast, got the flickering again.
Yeah, I'm not exactly sure whats causing it, sometimes it takes hours,
sometimes shows up in 10 or so minutes.

Aha, I have a theory why it happens. The WindowThumbnail item will delay the
destruction of the thumbnail texture to avoid destroying a texture which is

Yeah, it has something to do with window thumbnails. In 5.23.0, we changed how
window thumbnails are rendered (for the new overview effect and to avoid having
detached thumbnails in the task switcher).
