On Wayland (not tested on X11), Kwin does not remember the window size when
opening one. For example, if I maximize Konsole then close it, on next start it
starts unmaximized.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any window and change its size.
2. Close it.
3. Reopen it.
OBSERVED RESULT
The window opens in its default size.
EXPECTED RESULT
The window should open with the same size it had when I closed it.
