SUMMARY
When I open the app launcher (Kickoff) in the Wayland session, potentially
overlapping windows get moved or resized.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log in to the Wayland session
2. Place a window where the app menu will pop up when triggered
3. Click the Plasma icon to open the application launcher widget
OBSERVED RESULT
The window gets moved or resized to make space for the menu
EXPECTED RESULT
The menu is on top of the overlapping window, which stays in place
