Under wayland, entries (pinned icons, task list, system panel etc.) cannot be
moved. Under X11, everything is movable.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. activate edit mode
2. try to move anything (the first time you do it, it actually might be
movable, but after that, it stops being movable).
