In the 0AD game, When the mouse cursor reaches the right or bottom edge, the
mouse cursor disappears, and after zooming(Meta+=) or moving the cursor to
another surface like the Kickoff panel, visible again. This issue only occurs
on the right and bottom edges, and there is no problem on the left and top
edges, Also I can't show this issue in a screencast because, in the recorded
video, everything looks right.
