SUMMARY
Since using tiling manager I noticed that some windows frequently fail to be
put into a zone. I tried double clicking on title bar, moving window manually
into a zone with Shift, resizing a window by dragging a border, but nothing
works and the window pops and is re-maximised. This is most frequent for slack,
vscode and brave. When this happens the window somehow gets "Keep Below Others"
enabled which I never manually enabled.
Disabling "Keep Below Others" will fix the issue and windows will be correctly
zoned.
