SUMMARY
For some reason, icons in the dock seem to randomly rearrange themselves when
minimizing and restoring them. Unpinning and then pinning the affected icons
seems to temporarily resolve the problem.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open some programs
2. Minimize and restore them
OBSERVED RESULT
The icons rearrange themselves in a seemingly random way
EXPECTED RESULT
I expect them to stay where they are

Linux: 5.3.13-arch1-1
KDE Plasma Version: 5.17.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.64.0
Qt Version: 5.13.2
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Upon encountering the problem, I built the most recent master branch from git,
but this didn't fix it. Furthermore, I verified the problem to be present at
least as far back as version 0.8.8.
