STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install GCompris using apt install gcompris or via Discover
2. Launch Baby keyboard.
3. type letter A

OBSERVED RESULT
No voice proclaiming A.  There was no introductory voice either.

EXPECTED RESULT
Expected to heard a voice, like on my Chromebook.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I went to settings within GCompris, and it claims all the extra resources were
downloaded..  I installed GCompris on my Chromebook, and I hear the letter A
from the voice.  Originally, I installed GCompris from Discover, I I
uninstalled it and used apt install.  Still don't have a voice proclaiming the
letter A.  I have installed the latest GCompris, ver 2.3
