STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I did an update a few weeks ago restarted my computer and it's center now.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This issue is under Wayland I tried it with X and it was fine. I also tried my
parents computer that are using Kubuntu and it seems a KDE Neon 5.25 issue. My
daughters computer is KDE Neon as we'll and the same issue as we'll. I did
report the issue on Twitter and did not get any feedback just to let you know.
