SUMMARY
The "Developer Information" in DrKonqi's Crash handler starts with

> Debuginfod has been disabled.

This should be fixed via bug 454063 but it looks like distros have to set
WITH_GDB12 explicitly when compiling the package.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make sure you have no debug symbols installed
2. kwrite &
3. killall -SEGV kwrite
4. Look at the Developer Info of the Crash Reporter (m
OBSERVED RESULT
No debug symbols are downloaded from https://debuginfod.neon.kde.org/ for eg.
