create a wi-fi connection
select "wi-fi security" tab
select "wpa/wpa2 personal"
select "ask for this password every time"
note that it's not possible type anything in password field.

If keyboard input in pw field is not allowed, I think is correct disable the
password field.

Tested on opensuse krypton, plasma-nm 5.11.90git.20171031T065143~e7b1b68e-16.1
