Trying to connect to an open wifi (Security type: Unknown Security Type) does
not work and results in error message.

syslog:
NetworkManager[643]: <info>  [1701253549.9603] audit:
op="connection-add-activate" pid=2075 uid=1000 result="fail"
reason="802-11-wireless-security.key-mgmt: Access point does not support PSK
but setting requires it"

Using 
nmcli device wifi connect <SSID>
works just fine and opens popup with link to "accept terms" page in webbrowser.
