SUMMARY
Upload meter is constantly 2GiB/s although in reality it's roughly 30 KiB/s.
The value does not change each iteration unlike the download meter which works.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open network applet
2. Click on the right arrow of the currently connected interface
3. View the speed chart
OBSERVED RESULT
Upload value is stuck at 2GiB/s
EXPECTED RESULT
See the real value of the upload speed (30KiB/s)
