If we right click on the volume plasmoid and select 'Configure Audio Volume',
the 'General' tab has a box that allows us to set a maximum volume higher than
100%.
It would be nice to have the ability to set the value to something lower than
100% as well. This is useful for people with sensitive (not sure if that's the
right word) earphones. I currently use my earphones at around 15%, and it would
be nice to have the ability to set a maximum value lower than 100% so I don't
accidentally blow my ears out while adjusting the volume with the scroll wheel.
