Example of when OBS uses the audio system
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change Default output from HDMI Audio Output to Onboard Audio or vice versa
when no open applications use the audio system (obs, mpv, etc.)
OBSERVED RESULT
Keyboard shortcut for volume control changes the volume of the incorrect
default audio output device when no open applications use the audio system
(obs, mpv, pavucontrol, etc.)
EXPECTED RESULT
Keyboard shortcut for volume control should change the volume of the currently
selected audio output device even when no applications use the audio system
(obs, mpv, pavucontrol, etc.)
