right now milou is a nice widget for the desktop or a plasma bar. on the
desktop its useless because its always covered by some windows, on the plasma
bar its greate to have so why not make it possible to dock to the notification
area?
we just need to add
X-Plasma-NotificationArea=true
to the metadata.desktop
