Actually no, it happens again. One time, it behaved correctly so I thought it
was fixed, but since then, it started behaving oddly again, though I did not
change anything on my setup.

I edited the title for better explanation. Forget the "one second thing", it is
false. The animation plays only if my mouse pointer leaves the task manager
area.
