            Bug ID: 385563
Summary: Regression: Taskbar pinned items change positions when
                    opened
           Product: plasmashell
           Version: 5.11.0
          Platform: Neon Packages
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Task Manager
          Assignee: h...@kde.org
          Reporter: golu3...@gmail.com

Plasma taskbar bug

Steps to reproduce:

1. Pin a couple of applications to the taskbar (at least two)
2. Open the first application by clicking on the icon or pressing Super + 1

Expected behavior:
Application should open and the icon for that application should remain in the
same place.

Actual behavior:
The icon for the application moves to the bottom of the list.

This breaks the workflow for people like me who like to keep some applications
between the taskbar and switch between them using Super + <num> shortcut. I can
imagine that this will also be pretty annoying for people using the mouse since
you can no longer rely on your muscle memory to take you to the expected
position of your application in the taskbar, and you have to consciously search
for its position every time.
