Steps:
1. Drag and drop item from Favorites list of Kickoff menu into desktop.
2. Select Add Icon from option menu.
3. Right click on the desktop icon and select Remove Icon.
4. Logout and login.
Actual:
The desktop icon is removing after selection of Remove Icon option - but it
returns to desktop after logging out and logging in.
