Well, I just got the fresh 6.1 version, and sure enough, the first thing after
rebooting and logging in ... I got the freeze!
The whole Plasma shell is frozen for 90s -ish.

Humm, the short victory did not persist; today I got the pseudo-freeze of the
Plasma shell again; hopefully the fix for #323151 (due in 6.1) would address
also this issue ?
