When in configure panel mode, hovering over individual widgets opens a menu
with "configure..." and "remove".
I propose to add the "Alternatives" entry to that menu, which I think is a good
fit when someone is already in configure panel mode and likely to change/remove
widgets.
Furthermore it allows to access the alternatives dialog for task manager
widgets, in case when the task manager is full.
