SUMMARY
Plasma creates a .kde4 directory in the home with color settings, should'nt
this be in ~/.local/share or ~/.config according to the specification? Rather
minor, but i think it is an unnecessary pollution of the home directory, and
the name "kde4" leads me to believe that this is rather old code.
