Screen grab (Spectacle)
SUMMARY
When an application is terminated, the corresponding icon is not deleted from
the panel, so subsequent links between icon and application are out of sync. In
the attached screen grab, the mouse pointer is on Krusader, but the application
highlighted is Xterm. At the time of the screen grab, Kinfocenter was also
terminated

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Also, panel does not expand to show other applications. At the time of the
grab, Krusader had been relaunched, but does not appear.
