SUMMARY
At every boot, the top screen flickers; that lasts at least 30 minutes, then
goes back to smooth
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Boot system
2. Open any app

OBSERVED RESULT
Whenever I open an app, the top part of the window flickers / blurs. If I move
down the window, flickering / blurring disappears. I cannot read window title /
options when maximized.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
When I take a snapshot of the top window, the resulting image is TOTALLY CLEAR:

Compositor settings: scale method accurate - Rendering: openGL 3.1 - Vsync:
only if cheap - Keep windows thumbnails: only for shown windows
