height is set to 36
If the task bar is set to 46 for the height, we can see the icon. If it's set
to 36, icons disappear.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
change the size of the task bar
OBSERVED RESULT
some icons disappear
EXPECTED RESULT
icon should reduce themselves
